		<title>Acorn Morgan Horses</title>
		<link>http://www.acornmorgans.com/content/view/13/27/</link>
<description>Welcome to Acorn Morgan HorsesAFO is our prefix to look for and know you have an original decendent of the Justin Morgan horse. (Acorn Fruit of the Old Growth Oak. )This Morgan Horse breeding program continues the tradition of OGO&amp;#39;s work in breeding the next generation in the Justin Morgan horse bloodline. This Morgan program follows in the paths of J. C. Brunk, Daniel Lambert, Frances Bryant and Eve Oakley-bringing to modern day the desirable Lambert, Old Vermont and Brunk bloodlines of the past century. A direct descendant of Eve Oakley&amp;#39;s program is one of my foundation broodmares, OGO Caven-glo BlueMoon (/index.php?option=com_content task=view id=15 Itemid=29), a fifth-generation Jubilee King grand-daughter. Our first AFO foal, Summer, is pictured in the header above. These horses capture your senses with their beauty and flowing movement, then capture your heart with their personalities and loyalty. There are very few original bloodline decendents of the original Morgan breed horses and even fewer of us who are struggling to preserve them. Once you have a Morgan pick you, there is no turning back. Come join the adventure, enjoy the website and check back often for updates....it is a pleasure and privilege to have you visit!! -Sharleen Gilbert-Shields</description>
